Decide who can use your service
For new customers, you may set up a thorough document scoring process before granting them access to your vehicles. We have automated verification methods in place that allow to approve users within five to ten minutes.
Fraud protection
We also use two-factor authentication to verify account access, which is done by sending a code either via SMS or WhatsApp. Additionally, you may require customers to take a selfie before unlocking their vehicle — our liveness detection technology ensures that no one can simply copy someone else's photo for access!
Safety first
To prevent intoxicated driving, you can set up certain schedules or categories of users that require additional verification — such as a simple quiz — before beginning their trip. If the user answers incorrectly several times, their account will be temporarily blocked until morning.
