AI-Powered Fleet Management Software

Our system gives you the ability to manage your vehicles — cars, electric scooters, mopeds, and bicycles - efficiently and effortlessly.

Short answer: CT Mobility is fleet management software for cars, scooters, mopeds and bikes with AI built in. Your team asks about vehicles, trips, payments and technician tasks in plain language, in the control panel or in ChatGPT and Claude, and gets answers from your own platform data. Changes run only after confirmation. Pricing on request.

Manage your operational team's tasks

Regular maintenance of cars and electric scooters is essential to ensure they are in optimal condition. Oil changes, tire replacements, battery replacements, and washes should all be incorporated into the maintenance plan. When dealing with hundreds or thousands of vehicles, it can be hard to keep track of all the necessary tasks. But with a little planning and organization, you can manage even large fleets with ease.

Take charge of technician performance

Keep a current task list, assign tasks to the right people, and record the results so you can review them at any time. Track outcomes for individual tasks and gain insights into how maintenance activities are going overall - which vehicles need more attention, which tasks should be done on a regular basis, and which technicians are delivering outstanding work. Use this data to optimize efficiency and quality of future maintenance work.

Empower your fleet with automation

Our system will help you set up fleet management to maximize efficiency and allow for more time to focus on other tasks. With automated processes, you can rest assured that nothing will be missed and your fleet operations will remain running smoothly.

Manage damages with photo assistance

We have a comprehensive damage management system that uses photographic documentation from both regular users/renters and team of technicians. This ensures that you can always trace back the exact timeline of any damages to a particular vehicle, no matter how big or small - from scratches, flat tires and even improper parking.

What does "AI-powered" mean in CT Mobility?

In CT Mobility, AI gives your team answers from fleet data without reports, SQL or waiting for an analyst. It does not run the fleet on its own. There are two ways to use it.

AI Data Assistant in the control panel

Type a question in plain language and get an answer from your platform data: fleet performance, demand and usage hotspots, operational reports. No SQL or BI tools needed. See the AI Data Assistant.

Ask your fleet in ChatGPT or Claude

CT Mobility has a built-in MCP server. Connect ChatGPT, Claude or another MCP client, sign in with your own employee login and work with the platform in a full conversation. It is read-only by default, changes run only after confirmation, and every call goes to the audit log. Available to connect on request; we enable it per installation. See Ask your fleet.

The fleet platform underneath the AI

The AI answers from the platform your team already works in, for cars, electric scooters, mopeds and bikes:

  • GPS tracking and telematics. Every vehicle on a live map with status, battery or fuel level and trip history. Devices from different suppliers, such as Teltonika, work in one system. See GPS fleet tracking.
  • Keyless access. Customers and employees unlock cars from the phone through telematics or Bluetooth. Compatibility is checked per vehicle model. See keyless car access.
  • Tasks and technicians. Oil changes, tyre and battery replacements and washes in one task list. Assign tasks, record results and see which vehicles need more attention.
  • Damage photos. Photos from customers and technicians build a timeline of damage for each vehicle, from scratches and flat tyres to improper parking.
  • Automation. Alerts for zone exits, offline trackers or use outside a rental can turn into technician tasks automatically.

What can a fleet team ask the AI?

The AI can work with the data areas the platform holds: vehicles, trips, customers, payments, fines recorded in the platform, zones, tariffs, technician tasks, alarms and statistics. Typical questions:

  • Which cars had no trips in the last 3 days, and where are they parked?
  • Which vehicles have open alarms right now?
  • What tasks does each technician have open today?
  • How many trips ended outside the allowed zones last week?
  • Which tariff brought the most revenue last month?
  • Which customers have failed or overdue payments this week?
  • Show unpaid fines recorded for September, grouped by driver.

With Ask your fleet, you can also ask for an action, such as "Create a task to check the tracker on car #214". The AI shows what will change and waits for your confirmation.

Automated fleet management: rules that run on their own

Not everything needs AI. Much of the daily work runs on clear rules that you set once in CT Mobility:

  • Alerts become tasks. When a vehicle leaves its zone, is moved without ignition, is used outside a booking, speeds or goes offline, the right person gets a push, e-mail or SMS, and the alert can turn into a task for your team. See GPS fleet tracking.
  • Automatic trip log. Driver, route, mileage, duration and fuel level are recorded for every trip, without paper log books.
  • Booking rules are enforced. Each booking is checked against the employee’s permissions, and the digital key works only for the booked time. See keyless car access.
  • Low fuel and fuel drops. An alert can send a refuelling task to a technician automatically.
  • Rentals. Bookings can be assigned to cars automatically, and charges are calculated when the car is returned. See car rental software.
  • Zones. Geofence zones can be switched on and off on a schedule, and a scooter or moped motor can be blocked automatically outside the drive zone.
  • Technician reminders. New assignments, upcoming tasks and completed work trigger notifications in the technician app.
  • Rule-based pricing. Automatic discounts for low-demand vehicles or off-peak hours, set by your rules.

Limitations and what to check first

  • The AI answers from your platform data. Records kept in another system and not in CT Mobility are invisible to it.
  • Answer quality depends on data quality. Missing vehicle data or tasks never closed lead to wrong or incomplete answers. Check important figures against the reports in the control panel.
  • People stay in charge. Actions need the employee's permission at connection and a confirmation each time. The AI does not make decisions on its own.
  • You choose the AI provider. The MCP server runs inside your CT Mobility installation and does not copy your database. The AI receives only the data needed to answer, within the employee's permissions, under your provider's terms.
  • Hardware sets the limits for tracking and keyless. Live location, alarms and remote unlock need compatible telematics; we review your vehicles before quoting hardware.

Frequently asked questions

What is AI-powered fleet management software?

It is fleet management software where your team asks questions in plain language and gets answers from its own fleet data. In CT Mobility, this means the AI Data Assistant in the control panel and Ask your fleet, which connects ChatGPT or Claude to the platform. Tracking, keyless access, technician tasks and damage records sit underneath.

What can I ask the AI about my fleet?

You can ask about anything the platform records: vehicles, trips, customers, payments, fines recorded in the platform, zones, tariffs, technician tasks, alarms and statistics. For example: which cars had no trips this week, which vehicles have open alarms, or which customers have failed payments.

How is the AI Data Assistant different from Ask your fleet?

The AI Data Assistant works inside the CT Mobility control panel and gives quick answers about your data. Ask your fleet connects ChatGPT, Claude or another MCP client to the platform through a built-in MCP server. It allows a full conversation and, with permission and confirmation, changes and commands. It is enabled per installation on request.

Can the AI change data or act on its own?

No, not on its own. Ask your fleet is read-only by default. Changes and commands run only if the employee allowed them when connecting, and only after confirmation each time. The AI works within that employee's permissions, and every call is written to the audit log.

Which vehicles and businesses is it for?

CT Mobility manages cars, electric scooters, mopeds and bikes. It is used for car sharing, car rental, corporate fleets and pool cars, and scooter, moped and bike sharing. The operator console, white-label rider or employee app and technician app share one platform, so the AI sees their data together.

How do I start, and what does it cost?

Book a demo to see the platform and the AI assistant on our demo fleet. We review your vehicles and telematics, then agree the setup; launch typically takes about 15 days. Pricing is on request. For UAE companies, prices and pilot terms are published on the fleet management software page for the UAE.
